Assistant Project Manager-Commercial Construction-Sterling,VA

My client is looking to hire an PE/APM to join their team based out of Sterling, Virginia.

• Assist PMs and VPs in project planning, scheduling, and coordination.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to ensure project milestones are met.
• Review and process project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
• Assist in budget management and cost tracking.
• Maintain project files and documentation in an organized manner.

• 1-5 years of construction experience
• Experience in commercial interiors projects or base building construction is preferred
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, Timberline ) is a plus.
• A proactive attitude with a strong desire to learn and grow in the construction industry.

• Base Salary: 70,000-95,000 (depending on experience)
