Position Summary:

We are looking for a results-oriented IT Electronic Batch Record System Analyst to join us to advance our Lonza MODA ES electronic batch record system. This position will include the need to resolve issues, answer client service queries, and serve as an ambassador for our organization. This position is customer facing and will include identifying user problems and working within a structured problem management and resolution process to solve them. Our preferred candidates will have a proven track record of working within a team environment to successfully address technical issues as well as great analytical and problem solving skills, and demonstrated success with respect to problem solving and solution implementation. High initiative, attention to detail and experience in a service driven, dynamic environment is essential.

Our IT Support team is responsible for maintaining user uptime through remote monitoring and maintenance, trouble-shooting and problem resolution, and sustaining a positive organizational image through exceptional customer service.

Primary Accountabilities:

Specific tasks or responsibilities will be documented in the incumbent's performance objectives as outlined by the incumbent's immediate supervisor or manager.

Support configuration of the MODA ES system.
Review/Configure master data for the system
Develop and maintain MODA-ES applications using TypeScript programming language
Implement frontend and backend components with TypeScript
Collaborate with cross-functional project teams to define project requirements and scope
Write clean and well-documented code with TypeScript best practices
Troubleshoot and debug application issues to ensure optimal performance
Ensure code quality and adherence to coding standards
Integrate third-party libraries and APIs with TypeScript applications…such as calibration systems, Automation systems to achieve cross system data capture
Conducti code reviews and providing constructive feedback to team members
Stay updated with the latest TypeScript developments and tools
Support advancement of configuration, updates and user management.
Support end-user training and Standard Operating Procedures.
Troubleshooting users' equipment, software and services over the phone, face to face, and with remote control technologies.
Provide technical assistance and consultation to other members of our organization.
Accurate documentation of all of the above activities.
Ongoing training in new technologies and methodologies, as well as for vendor certification.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

A degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related discipline • Worked with TypeScript in a commercial context previously.

Knowledge of other related programming languages, such as JavaScript, Java, and PHP.
