We are seeking a skilled and driven Senior Sales Consultant to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll work with qualified leads, engage prospective clients through virtual or in-person consultations, and deliver tailored solutions based on their individual needs. Key Responsibilities

Manage a pipeline of warm leads and scheduled appointments

Conduct virtual or in-person consultations to assess client needs

Present solutions and close sales with professionalism and integrity

Maintain accurate CRM records and follow-up activity

Collaborate with the team to share strategies and improve results

Meet or exceed monthly performance and revenue targets

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in consultative sales, account management, or client-facing roles

Proven ability to close deals and meet sales goals

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

Self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented

Life & Health Insurance License preferred (or willingness to obtain, if applicable)
